“Once you see results, it becomes an addition!” An introduction to strength training set off my passion for fitness and love for the gym. It’s that amazing feeling you get after a session of becoming a stronger, more confident, better you!!!

As a PT, I have responsibility to get the best out of you. I will motivate you to give 110% to your training every session, so you leave the gym satisfied you gave it everything you had and still hungry to achieve more.

  • BSc degree in Business and Sport Studies
  • Level 3 CYQ Personal Training
  • Level 2 CYQ Fitness Instructing
  • First Aid

Finally, if you had a superpower, what would it be?

If I had a superpower, it would be super strength so I could lift anything in the world.
