I have been involved in sport all my life. After completing my degree I wanted to focus what I had learnt and apply the knowledge to training people by using simple effective routines to help you achieve your goals efficiently.

  • BSc Sport and Exercise Science
  • REPS level 3 Personal Training
  • CYQ kettlebell instructor level 2

Finally, if you had a superpower, what would it be?

Self duplication, one can do cardio while the other does the weights!
