I’ve been into health and fitness for as long as I can remember. As I grew older I progressed from team sports and martial arts and found my way into the gym, that’s when I found my home!
After my own experinces in the gym, working with some highly knowledgeable people, I began to see rapid results! It was at this point I decided to take the route of becoming a Personal Trainer to help people overcome their own physical and mental barriers
