I’ve been into health and fitness for as long as I can remember. As I grew older I progressed from team sports and martial arts and found my way into the gym, that’s when I found my home!

After my own experinces in the gym, working with some highly knowledgeable people, I began to see rapid results! It was at this point I decided to take the route of becoming a Personal Trainer to help people overcome their own physical and mental barriers

Right. What about your qualifications?

  • Dipolma in Sport & Exercise Science
  • YMCA Level 2 Fitness Instructor
  • Level 3 Boxercise Instructor

Finally, if you had a superpower, what would it be?

Something I’ve thought very long and hard about… I’ll have to say being able to teleport
