I Have always been involved in sports since a young age. I specialise in weight loss and toning utilising functional exercises that will challenge you, improve your fitness level and your overall confidence in yourself.
Boxing is my passion and it plays a big part in the way I train clients. I incorporate a lot of boxing elements, for strength, speed and agility into my training programmes.
