Give me 50… words about you, Paul

I became a personal trainer to pass on my passion for exercise and fitness with others who are looking to make a change, in either starting a new exercise regime or those looking to get back into fitness but seeking a fresh new approach.

Exercise should be fun, enjoyable and leave you with a feeling that you have accomplished a fraction of your goal. It is these elements to exercise that builds the drive and enthusiasm for the next workout to help you to push that little bit further and grab that next part of your goal.

  • REPS level 3 Personal Training
  • CYQ Kettlebell Instructor Level 2
  • CYQ Circuit Training Instructor Level 2
  • ITC Level 2 First Aid at Work

Finally, if you had a superpower, what would it be?

Mind control… To convince people that they CAN do anything if they put their heart and minds into it.
