Peak times
Our peak hours are Monday to Friday evenings, from 4pm to 10pm. (Unlike many other gyms, we don't sting you for a morning or lunchtime workout).
Towel service*
Available for £8 per month if you're paying by Direct Debit (or £80 if you're paying for annual membership). A pay-as-you-go towel service is also available at £1.50 per towel.
Locker hire
3-month and annual locker hire is available on request – so your load is always light, and your kit is always waiting.
