Hello all sure and unsure gym goers, my name is Ben Wigzell, nick name ‘Wiggy’.

People consider me to be a positive, open and focused person which will come to use when I’m helping you lose weight, bulk up, tone or get fitter.

As well as training in Fitness and Nutrition I have also trained as an Actor with experience in movement and dance techniques focusing on posture and how to be in tune with your body.

Bring yourself and I’ll bring the rest, I’m honest and committed to each client, I’ll be there for you when you struggle and there to high five you when we reach your goals.
