Since childhood I have always been keen on sport and keeping fit. My passion has led me to compete at national and international level in Athletics and Basketball. Armed with the discipline and knowledge I received from my intense international level coaching, I have continued on to become a Personal Trainer. I have always wanted to share my knowledge with others and help them to develop and get the best out of themselves.
