Our Personal Trainers are fully qualifed, experienced and some of the
friendliest trainers in London who are focused on their client and
their clients needs. Soho Gyms continually develops and trains
our Trainers through our Academy, workshops, external courses and in-house
training to ensure you are receiving the highest level of training
and service.
Our Director of Personal Training, Tony Lyons, directs and develops
their skills and knowledge to ensure we provide consistently high
standards of Personal Trainers to provide your training.
Philosophy
Soho Trainer promotes health, ftness and well-being through
prescribed exercise programmes and on-going assessment of both
clients and trainers; we are available as a cost effective solution to
ftness operators, corporate organizations and community projects
as well as for home visits and online. We aim to provide the highest
level of personal ftness and customer service for individuals,
groups and the community.

I joined Soho Gyms as club manager four years ago at Soho Gyms
Covent Garden. I have been in this industry for over 20 years in
many different capacities, mostly as a personal trainer, working
all over the world. After my years in management, I returned
to personal training as it was my frst love, and I oversee the
personal training operation here at Soho Gyms. I now specialize
with clients who fnd it very diffcult to reach their goals and fnd
great satisfaction in helping them achieve them. All of my clients

Experience:
Having worked in the industry as a coach and trainer for over 15
years I have worked with clients from 18-80 and at levels from
absolute beginner to world class competitive sports people. I have
lectured on weight management, performance training and the
psychology of exercise across the country and have consulted to
ftness organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the USA as well
as many in the UK. I have also contributed to a number of health
publications, magazines and daily papers.

Rachel Weston

Experience:
Rachel has practiced personal training and corrective exercise for
the past 15 years. She most recently worked with many private
patients in her own Functional Training Studio at Harley Street. She
specialises in injury prevention, surgical rehabilitation (especially
lower back and neck injuries) and training for peak performance for
athletic populations. Her passion has always been distance running,
having represented Belgrave Harriers in the Marathon, 2000 and
gaining a AAA’s bronze medal for crossing the fnish line in 2:57.
Will take on clients who know they are ready for a change towards
their own appearance, health, vitality and performance. Including
an evaluation of posture, movement patterns, core stability and
lifestyle, she will prescribe a highly individualised program for the
client taking into account their personal assessment fndings, goals
and needs.

Damon Faulkner

Experience:
At the age of 9 I started Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and have been
training ever since. I’m passionate about what I do and love
teaching all levels to professional fghters. As a trainer/coach I am
very results driven and aim for students to reach their goals. Muay
Thai can be enjoyed by all and can be used for general ftness,
self defence, coordination or even competing in competitions. If
you want to improve your strength, speed, power, reaction and
fexibility then Muay Thai is for you!

Experience:
With this my 11th year in the Fitness Industry my sporting
background is Australian Rules football. I was 3 years Fitness
Manager of a Health Club in West London where I trained several
professional athletes and dancers. Most recently in Australia I ran
my own Personal Training Company under the banner ‘Fitness
Institute’. My training strengths are diverse, a result of years of
experience and a driving passion for what I do.
