Introduction
Soho Trainer is a group of qualifed personal trainers who can tailor
exercise programs for anyone’s individual needs whether they
need a boost to keep motivated, have never trained before or even
recovering from injury - Soho Trainer can help.
It is very important to do some form of exercise to balance your
lifestyle.
In addition, if you do not train correctly you can get respective
injuries, bad posture, uneven wear on your joints, become de-
motivated or just be wasting your time. This can all be avoided
with one-to-one personal training. Our Trainers will demonstrate,
advise and coach you how to train correctly with a variety of safe
and effective techniques. You will learn about yourself and how to
utilise and maximise many more different pieces of gym equipment
and exercise techniques.

General fitness
Quite often people fnd exercise boring but would like to maintain
a certain level for their own well being. Your Personal Trainer can
keep you motivated while improving your cardiovascular ftness
preventing injury and enhancing your general ftness levels.
Weight management
We will look at your entire lifestyle and make positive changes
that will lead to weight loss that stays off - and a toned body!
Nutritional guidance and exercise all come together to provide the
ideal regime that’s easy to follow.
Core stability & flexibility
Many people suffer from lower back pain which is often due to
a weakness, tightness or strength difference between the lower
back and abdomen. We can develop exercise programs that will
strengthen your core muscles and develop overall fexibility and
mobility.
Boxing fitness training
Boxing training can be an excellent means of keeping ft but the
idea of having to spar or fght might not interest some. We can
offer you non-confrontational forms of boxing and Muay Thai that
are fun - and don’t hurt.
Master training specific
Attending the gym often maintains a good level of ftness but to
progress to the next stage requires extra strength and ftness.
Our Master Trainers have extensive experience and knowledge to
develop any personal exercise regime and tailor it to improve your
specifc goals to reach a new level of ftness and results.
