Peak Times
Our peak hours are Monday to Friday evenings, from 5pm to 10pm. (Unlike many other gyms, we don't sting you for a morning or lunchtime workout). Our off-peak gives you full access except after 4.30pm (last access) Mon-Fri. See Bow Wharf's opening hours.
