Course Aims:
The Soho Gyms Academy Small Group Training Course [fixed Gym RIG] has been designed to give the fitness professional the skills, knowledge and confidence to:
- Deliver, safe, effective and enjoyable SGT sessions on a fixed Gym Rig, to a variety different member groups
- Design safe and effective session structure for an SGT-RIG class

Level 2 Gym Instructor.
